  • 1/8 tsp almond extract

Preparation:

Add your oats, milk, raspberries, extract, ground cinnamon and raw honey to a pint-size glass mason jar. Stir until well combined. Put the lid on, and keep the jar in your fridge.

Eat your oats within 2-3 days. Before you do that, add shredded coconuts and almonds.

2. Nut butter and banana overnight oats

This recipe is for all the peanut butter lovers out there. Don’t worry, there’s no cooking or baking.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp unsalted nuts

Preparation:

Pour the milk in the jar, and stir the nut butter in it. Add banana slices and rolled oats. Stir well. Put the lid on, and keep the jar in the fridge.

Stir again in the morning, and add more milk and nuts of your choice.

3. Blueberry walnuts overnight oats

Blueberries are really good for you, and they are packed with antioxidants. What’s better than blueberries and oats?

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts

Preparation:

Add the ingredients to a jar, and stir well. Put the lid on, and keep the jar in the fridge. Add more milk in the morning, stir again, and enjoy your oatmeal.
